Misfits Ventures Technologies Private Limited, having its registered office at RZF-907, 907/1, Dada Dev Apartment, Flat No. 107, Mahatma Gandhi Marg, Raj Nagar-II, Palam Colony, New Delhi-110077 (“Misfits”, “we”, “us” or “our”), is managing and operating the website https://www.misfits.capital/ and mobile application (collectively referred to as “website”, or “app”), through which it, provide access to its customers invest in startups (“members” or “user” or “users” or “you” or “your”).
1.2. At Misfits, we strive to provide our members with the best experience possible. We understand that sometimes plans change, and we offer a flexible refund policy to accommodate your needs.

1.2. At Misfits, we strive to provide our members with the best experience possible. We understand that sometimes plans change, and we offer a flexible refund policy to accommodate your needs.
2. Applicability of Policy
2.1. By using Misfits and/or initiating a request for the join our community on the website/App, you agree to be bound by the terms contained in this policy without modification. Please note that we may, from time to time, change the terms of the policy that govern your terms of cancellation/refund of your membership. Every time you wish to use Misfits, please check the policy to ensure you understand the terms and conditions that apply at that time.
2.1. By using Misfits and/or initiating a request for the join our community on the website/App, you agree to be bound by the terms contained in this policy without modification. Please note that we may, from time to time, change the terms of the policy that govern your terms of cancellation/refund of your membership. Every time you wish to use Misfits, please check the policy to ensure you understand the terms and conditions that apply at that time.
3. Terms of Cancellation
3.1 You may cancel your membership within 30 days of payment, provided you have not participated in any investment deals through Misfits, to receive a full refund.
3.2 You may cancel your membership after 30 days but within a year from the date of payment, provided you have not participated in any investment deal through Misfits, to receive a 50% refund of membership fee paid.
3.3 Credits purchased or awarded are non-refundable and cannot be used or refunded after the cancellation of membership.
3.4 On receipt of a cancellation request, your membership shall be cancelled with immediate effect, and the refund process will be initiated as per the terms of this policy.
3.1 You may cancel your membership within 30 days of payment, provided you have not participated in any investment deals through Misfits, to receive a full refund.
3.2 You may cancel your membership after 30 days but within a year from the date of payment, provided you have not participated in any investment deal through Misfits, to receive a 50% refund of membership fee paid.

4. Refund Process
4.1. We would accept the request for the cancellation of membership in accordance with the terms outlined in this policy.
4.2 To receive a full refund, you are required to initiate a cancellation or refund request within 30 days. For a 50% refund, the request must be made within one year.
4.3 You are required to raise a cancellation or refund request, by way of writing an email to angel@misfits.capital with your membership details.
4.4 Approved refunds will be processed within 7 working days.
4.5 We will process the refund back to the original mode of payment.
4.1. We would accept the request for the cancellation of membership in accordance with the terms outlined in this policy.
4.2 To receive a full refund, you are required to initiate a cancellation or refund request within 30 days. For a 50% refund, the request must be made within one year.
