JustBaat's first GTM is focused on a single vertical. They have gone deep into solving for the News and Media space, which gives them a competitive edge over their competitors.
Language Focused
Most AI application companies are English focused.
JustBaat has Vernacular focus. Hindi is currently live. Going live on Bengali,Marathi and Gujarati soon. South Indian Languages next. English only for International clients.
Have AI models trained on vernacular languages will be a moat.
Huge potential to move up the chain
Usage - Currently started with Web & Social media videos. Soon to move to TV broadcast between non peak hours & then into Peak hours as well.
Geography - Currently live in India. Next target is Middle East and South East Asia as these markets are not focus areas for western companies.
Verticals - Focused now on News & Media. In future Lifestyle, Health, Prop-tech, Auto & Ed-tech as well.
